It was in 1998 when, as a global SAP roll-out manager for Procter & Gamble and later for Nestle, I was unable to get the right SAP talent for our projects. It was difficult for regular staffing agencies to understand my needs because SAP requirements can be complex and are not easily reduced to a few keywords.
I needed a staffing agency with recruiters who had a solid understanding of SAP, had deep roots in the SAP community and would help me hire the best SAP talent in a competitive market.
Since those agencies didn’t exist, I created one.
